Parfect forging Co., Ltd manufactures different sizes of forging parts, such as liner tubes, shafts, blockes etc.
We have two kinds of forging technics, Open die forging & Closed die forging. The forging parts are used for mining equipment, shipbuilding, Engineering machine, oil & power transportation equipment ect. Mainly materials we using are alloy steel, stainless steel,Carbon steel.
Now our annual export capacity is more than 20000tons. Our facility includes heat treament equipment, 3150T hydraulic machine, 1T&2T & 5T Drop forging equipment,10T,5T,3T mould forging equipment,1600T,630T ,280T,Griding presure equipment and other machining equipments. We export forging parts to America,Canada,Spain,Australia,U.K,Germany,Sweden,Danmark,Norway etc, and supply good after service.
The Inspection equipments we own includes Ultrasonic test equpment, Magnetic test equipment, material laboratory & Impact testing equipment. We are ISO9001-2000 quality system registered.
